History and Philosophy

FUTURE LIVING DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION or FLDCC is a Filipino-Taiwanese capitalized corporation and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2018.  Prior to this date, the company had been able to undertake several projects ranging from warehouse to building extensions and beautification within MIDORI Group.  Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trade, and related engineering works.

Today, FLDCC, with a number of 63 direct employees, takes on the role of the main contractor of MIDORI Group. FLDCC has deep experience in the dreamless sectors of civil works, electrical works, building constructions and maintenance, Consultancy and Engineering services, etc. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients. Since enterprise needs are becoming more challenging, change is more frequent and projects require a variety of skills, we operate cross-platform teams for complex projects fusing different technologies.
